What happens when you stop trying to control your body and begin listening to and expressing from it as a part of nature?

This experiential workshop run by somatic sexologist Aisha Paris Smith invites participants into a direct relationship with their body's intelligence through breath, movement, sensation, voice, witnessing, and relational exploration.

Together, we will practice meeting grief, pleasure, desire, shame, eros, and aliveness without judgment or fixing, allowing emotions and impulses to move as naturally as weather through a landscape.

Through guided experiments and collective reflection, we explore how reconnecting with the wisdom of the body can deepen our capacity for belonging: with ourselves, each other, and as part of the living world. This is a trauma-informed workshop where everything is an invitation and not an obligation.
