Platonic Playmates Level 2: Touch & Your Body

Platonic Playmates Level 2 is an online workshop that deepens touch education for those who have completed Level 1.

In this playful workshop you will:

• Explore your connection to your body and new embodiment practices
• Discover self-touch tools to support you to care for yourself in times of stress, anxiety and loneliness
• Deepen your self-awareness and explore further your relationship to touch
• Be in a supportive community

(Level 2 is a pre-requisite for anyone who would like to join Level 3, the in-person workshop for exploring touch-based relating.)
