Each session is unique and an opportunity for the client to co-create an experience that would best serve their wishes. All sessions are trauma-informed and completed by a certified, accredited and insured professional.
The recipient of the session will be able to book their session via a link provided in the email to a time and date that best suits them.
75 minute sessions are for online sessions only.
2.5 hour and day retreats are for in-person sessions only.
