Each day is a unique experience and an opportunity for the client to co-create that which would best serve them and their body. All sessions are trauma-informed and completed by a certified, accredited and insured professional.
Bodywork is an optional component of sessions available for those who request it and when it is safe and supportive to do so.
The recipient of the session will be able to book their session via a link provided in the email to a time and date that best suits them.
